Methodology

Learn From The Greats begins with sources, not slogans. We preserve the original material and its location, then keep every summary, theme, and pattern separate from that evidence.

1. Preserve the record

Imported text is retained separately from cleaned text. Edition details, rights, provenance, and exact source ranges remain attached wherever available.

2. Validate public profiles

A profile cannot be published without stored evidence, verified public-use rights, a selected portrait, and quotations that can be found verbatim in their linked sources.

3. Separate evidence from interpretation

Biographies, themes, Topics, Patterns, and Habits & Rituals are interpretations. They can be corrected or regenerated without rewriting the underlying corpus.

4. Publish conservatively

Private analysis may use a broader corpus. Public pages expose only reviewed, rights-safe material. Missing evidence is treated as unknown—not as proof that something never happened.
